How to book
Online booking
Enter the following search criteria: destination, dates, length of stay and number of guests. Click “Search” to see results matching your criteria. Available accommodation is shown with the following information:
- Property name
- Accommodation type
- Destination
- Accommodation price.
Click “Details” for more information about your chosen accommodation. If you decide to book the property or wish to check availability, please confirm your dates by entering them again. To continue with your booking, follow the instructions in our online booking system and complete all required fields.
If you wish to change your arrival and departure dates, you can do so directly in the booking system on the website.

By confirming that you accept our General Terms and Conditions, you enter into a contract with Kety Travel d.o.o., and your booking becomes binding.
Booking confirmation
Once you have made your booking, it will be registered in our booking system, and a booking confirmation/offer with your booking number will be sent automatically to your email address. This confirmation contains all the details you entered when booking, together with information about the accommodation, dates, price, supplements, deposit and the bank details of Kety Travel d.o.o. Please print and keep this booking confirmation/offer. If you have any questions or wish to make changes to your booking, please quote your booking number when contacting us by telephone or email.
Travel documents
Once your booking has been made and the total amount paid (no later than 15 days before the start of your stay), your travel documents will be sent by email. These include your voucher, the address and telephone number to contact on arrival, and written directions to the check-in and key collection point. For last-minute bookings (within 40 days before the start of your stay), your travel documents will be sent as soon as we receive full payment. If you have received your travel documents only one day before the start of the booked services, please contact us on +385 52 356-947 so that we can email your travel documents as soon as possible.
Payment for online bookings with Kety Travel d.o.o.
You can pay for your booking by bank transfer to the account of Kety Travel d.o.o. or by credit card (Visa, Maestro or Mastercard). If you choose card payment, your card will be charged 30% of the total amount if the booking is made 41 or more days before arrival, or 100% if the booking is made 40 or fewer days before arrival. If only the 30% deposit is charged to your card when booking, you will receive an email 45 days before arrival with a link to pay the remaining 70% by card. Clicking the link opens a secure payment page in your browser, where you can pay the remaining balance by credit card.
Booking by telephone
If you would like to book your accommodation by telephone, simply call us on +385 52 356-947. We will need your first name and surname, address, telephone number (landline/mobile), number of guests (including children), email address and, of course, your chosen accommodation. Once the booking is confirmed, these details will be stored in our customer database and handled responsibly in accordance with our privacy statement. Your booking will be registered in our booking system, and a booking confirmation/offer will be sent automatically to your email address. Please pay the 30% deposit within 3 days of receiving your booking confirmation. Use your booking number as the payment reference. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the booked services.
