Vanjskim prostorom dominira bazen od 27 m², okružen sa 6 udobnih ležaljki – idealno mjesto za upijanje istarskog sunca. Za ljubitelje kuhanja na otvorenom, tu je natkrivena terasa sa zidanim roštiljem, dok će najmlađi gosti uživati u zabavi na trampolinu i ljuljačkama.

Potpuno opremljena kuhinja (pećnica, perilica posuđa, aparat za kavu, mikrovalna) nadovezuje se na ugodan dnevni boravak s TV-om i satelitskom antenom.
