The outdoor area is dominated by a 27 m² swimming pool surrounded by 6 comfortable sun loungers – an ideal place to soak up the Istrian sun. For lovers of outdoor cooking, there is a covered terrace with a built-in barbecue, while the youngest guests will enjoy fun on the trampoline and swings. The interior of the villa offers superb comfort for 6 people on a carefully arranged 100 square meters. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the third offers two single beds. Each room has access to its own bathroom with shower, providing maximum comfort to all guests. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave) is connected to a cozy living room with TV and satellite dish. The entire house is covered with 4 air conditioners (heating/cooling) and top-notch thermal insulation for a comfortable stay at any time of the year.
Although located in silence, Villa Santalezi is an excellent starting point for exploring. The medieval town of Labin (6 km) will delight you with its galleries and charming streets.
