With a capacity for 6 people, the villa offers comfortable accommodation, and a large yard with barbecue and swimming pool provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy sunny days. Parking is provided for four vehicles, two of which are covered.
The villa consists of three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. Next to the kitchen, there is a spacious dining area ideal for family meals. The outdoor covered terrace offers additional space for dining and enjoying pleasant evening moments with a view of nature and the sea. The spacious yard also includes a barbecue area, perfect for social gatherings. The large heated outdoor pool is regularly maintained, providing the perfect way to relax. Inside the villa there are two bathrooms, and an additional kitchen on the first floor for greater convenience during your stay.
