Ono što Vilu Sabi izdvaja od drugih je njezina prostrana, potpuno ograđena okućnica što je čini idealnom za bezbrižan odmor s kućnim ljubimcima i djecom. Središnji dio dvorišta je vanjski bazen od 28 m² opremljen s čak 8 ležaljki i vanjskim tušem. Imanje nudi nevjerojatne sadržaje za zabavu – tu su golovi za nogomet, igralište za odbojku, koš za košarku, trampolin i ljuljačke. Birajte između natkrivene terase za objedovanje na otvorenom uz roštilj ili nenatkrivene terase za promatranje zvijezda. Unutrašnjost vile odiše ugodom i estetikom. Na istoj udaljenosti je i plaža za pse, kao i veterinar te trgovina hranom za ljubimce. Srednjovjekovni Labin udaljen je tek nekoliko minuta vožnje, nudeći vrhunske restorane i umjetničke galerije.
